The primary role of the Hennessy Prestige Associate Brand Manager is to support the Hennessy Prestige team, develop and execute consumer driven brand strategies that maximize brand equity, revenue and profit for the MBS, X.O and the Rare Cognac Collection (RCC) in the US market


Brand Management & Marketing: 30%
>  Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop the brand
>  Actively contribute to the development and implementation of consumer and trade marketing programs to drive growth and build brand equity.
>  Use marketing expertise to identify sales and training support needs.
>  Lead development, production, and allocation of sales support tools.
>  Be responsible for the coordination and execution of the marketing/PR/Sales plan for Master Blender's Selection.
>  Support Trade marketing with point-of-sale (POS) merchandising allocation, budget and execution.
>  Develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness, ensure reasonable ROI.

Strategy & business analytics: 35%
>  Contribute to Brand's strategy and solve critical business challenges by conducting rigorous, quantitative business analysis covering a variety of topics including sales, market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
>  Effectively manage and analyze large datasets (MHBIZ, IRI, Millward Brown, etc.), make logical assumptions, run advanced analysis, and derive valuable insights.
>  Lead brand completion of commercial analytics, including monthly reporting and diagnostic assessment of Hennessy Prestige brand performances.
>  Support the team to create exciting and compelling presentations and tools to ensure internal and external buy-in.

Finance & Operations: 20%
>  Manage and track Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget, ensure spend is prioritized against brand priorities and relevant growth opportunities.
>  Manage logistics including sales and POS forecasting, allocations, inventory and pricing.
>  Lead analysis for budget forecasting and tracking.

Organization: 15%
>  Become a respected player within MHUSA and work closely with Sales, Distributors and Retail partners to gain input and support to effectively execute commercial plans.
>  Work effectively in Maison / Region matrix organization. Be a brand champion and Brand market expert.
>  Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training and customer interactions


Education: Undergraduate Degree required

Languages: English, working knowledge of French a plus

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 4 years brand marketing experience in consumer goods or/and luxury environment in the US. Maison's experience or similar experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and communications skills.
Experience working in partnership with Sales required.
Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and must be able to adapt to various work styles.
High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Attention to details and execution.
