The Associate Brand Manager VIE has a coordinating role within the marketing department, bringing support in defining and implementing local marketing initiatives for MH portfolio. She/he will report directly to the Brand Manager.


Market Analysis + Reporting

  • Analyze mass retail market insights: Nielsen responsible for global MH portfolio, monthly &annual analysis of brands performances
  • Responsible for adhoc market analysis
  • Prepare monthly reportings for MH Europe: Communicate on brands performance & activations

Social/Digital Media

  • Monitor press coverage: track metrics vs targets on a monthy basis + Share press returns with the marketing team & MH Europe
  • Social media scorecard: track metrics vs targets on a monthly basis + Update digital scorecard
  • Local leader in Digital : share best practices and digital insights with the team and directors + Represent Belgium in the monthly digital call organized by Europe
  • Management of agencies - cross brand approach

Marketing & Sales coordination

  • Coordinate the Marketing & Sales department : Responsible for MH Portfolio selling tool
  • Take the lead on cross-brands initiatives to optimize visibility
  • Share best practices and benchmark learnings with the team

Support to the brand manager

  • Execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs
  • Development of the Trade Marketing Strategy all MH brands
  • Monitor digital visibility
  • Go on the field to executive Trade Marketing actions


Education :

  • Master's Degree

Languages :

  • Fluent in French and English

Professional experience & know how :

  • First marketing experience in internship
