Position

Being part of the Regional HR team, this role is to support the overall development and implementation of a wide range of Compensation & Benefits activities and initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Head of C&B, you will

  • Conduct regular review, analysis, budgeting and improvement recommendation regarding compensation and benefits which align with the company business strategies and compensation philosophy
  • Work closely with multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region to consolidate, validate and analyze all the available C&B data for all related review and reporting exercises
  • Provide the full spectrum support on the employee benefits programs including Retirement, Medical, Life & Accident, Travel insurance etc. in the region
  • Lead and participate in market survey and inter-group benchmarking activities for driving continuous improvement on the company's overall rewards and benefits
  • Participate and contribute to regional C&B projects and initiatives to further strengthen processes and policies
  • Support international mobility programs by working on mobility packages which are in line with the Group's policy, regulatory standards and taxation guidelines

Profile

  • A Bachelor Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards and Benefits gained from multinational organizations or HR consulting firms
  • Possess good knowledge of C&B principles and practices and excellent technical skillsets in MS Office and Excel
  • Proven experience in managing regional projects or process improvement projects will be desirable
  • System savvy and proficient in HRIS
  • Well organized, analytical, numerical, high attention to detail, self-driven to take initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A real team player with a multicultural and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
