MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
As an Associate Director, Talent Development you will be in charge of driving Talent Development initiatives across the entire fresh organization globally.
You will be a key partner for Senior Leadership in our HQ/Global Team as well as in all our markets (17 + Travel Retail) and play a key role in engaging, developing and retaining our top talents across the Globe.
The Associate Director will build strong relationships at every level of the organization and embrace a truly global and cross-cultural mindset
Profile
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify and analyze development needs across the organization and coach managers on building effective individual development plans for their teams
- Source and partner with external training vendors to design ad hoc-training solutions based on company needs (examples: management & leadership skills, effective meetings, cross-cultural communication, project management, finance accountability, coaching, effective presentations, etc...)
- Offer expertise in relations to the LVMH training catalogue and manage enrollment
- Plan and organize off-sites and team building activities
- Source and interview Coaches to execute coaching assignments for senior leaders
- Be an active member of the LVMH L&D CommunityTalent Development
- Work closely with the SVP, Global HR, lead the global annual Talent and Succession Review process
- Coach employees and managers on career development opportunities within fresh and LVMH and manage the group mobility process for eligible employees globally
- Regularly conduct career meetings for talents in all our markets
- Oversee the annual Performance Review process
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
- Oversee and ensure the successful design, implementation and management of DE&I Strategies and Action Plans
- Co-lead the roll-out of the 3-year D,E&I Strategy in partnership with the Executive Team and the fresh DE&I Council
- Provide support and guidance to DE&I Sponsors, Council members and Taskforces supporting DE&I actions
- Develop and plan annual Trainings and Events from ideation to execution, owning logistics including budgets and communications
- Liaise with the VP of D,E&I for LVMH on Group initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Communications to support diversity outreach and talent pipelines in the community
- Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives to report on progress and identify opportunities for future areas of focus
- Support Taskforces and working groups to achieve targeted milestones in a timely manner
- Identify, manage and lead DE&I external partnerships
- Research and remain on the forefront of DEI content to bring awareness to, and improve the organization's development
On-boarding & Induction
- Deliver and continuously evolve the fresh induction program at Global Headquarters and oversee local programs in other markets
- Manage on-boarding plans for Senior Leaders (VP and above)

Additional information
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Development or as HRBP
- Prior experience in overseeing DE&I strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior decision makers
- International experience and understanding of cross-cultural agility highly beneficial
- Strong people skills and empathy
- Passionate about developing talents
- Strong Project Management skills
- Curiosity in deeply understanding business needs and building talent strategies to support them
- Available to travel internationally (Europe and Asia) 10%
- Knowledge of immigration processes a plus
