Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Associate Manager, Campaign Marketing Operations will support the process and operations for Fresh 360 campaigns

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Campaign Operations Director in driving 360 Campaign Process
  • Support team in developing and communicating 360 Campaign Briefs
  • Support Director with Post Mortems of global launch results (including template development)
  • Support Manager with Creative Briefing for 360 Campaigns
  • Sephora process integration - Partnering with Global Marketing, regional teams, Creative, and VM to develop Sephora strategy early stream to support the campaign and creative briefing process
  • Develop and maintain campaign communications tools
  • Manage updates to and communication of Campaign Bulletins
  • Lead consolidation of Market Launch Plans
  • Assist in tracking competitive campaign activities
  • CAPS Super User - to support timelines, tracking and reporting
  • Maintain and track market specific requests including internal execution
  • Assist with the implementation of the company's overall Global Marketing strategy
  • Liaise with all Fresh internal teams including Creative, Visual Merchandising and all other Campaign team departments on the development and release of campaign assets and deliverables
  • Assist in set up for Campaign meetings, issue agendas and recaps for Campaign related meetings
  • All other job related activities

Profile

  • College Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred
  • 2 years' experience, in Beauty industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strategic understanding of brand imaging, data analysis and business communication
  • Strong strategic thinker, with developed organizational skills
  • Ability to foster team work at all levels of the organization
  • Problem solver who can deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
