Position

Being a core member of the Regional HR team in APAC, this role is to manage the full spectrum of HR operations of 2 regional offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. Based in Singapore, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for

  • Performing a wide range of HR operations duties including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Record, Budgeting & Reporting and Expatriate Management etc.
  • Driving continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
  • Providing all administrative support to facilitate the company's annual reviews on employee performance, compensation and incentives
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal, corporate guidelines, internal control and compliance
  • Ensuring all the related talent systems and reports are maintained well and updated in a timely manner

Profile

  • A Bachelor Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Possess good knowledge of human resources principles, best practices and excellent technical skillsets in MS Office and Excel
  • Good knowledge of labour law of Singapore
  • System savvy and proficient in HRIS
  • Well organized, analytical, high attention to detail, self-driven to take initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A real team player who could work well independently in an autonomous and multicultural environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
