LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East manages 8 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Guerlain and Benefit Cosmetics. LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents' structures.
YOUR MISSION ____________
IT Governance
- Manage the relations with JV Partner, PCIS and external partners
- Ensure that agreed standards and working practices are followed
- Highlight any non-conformance with agreed standards and working practices with the CFO
- Demonstrable track record in passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
- Develop an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and team working across IT and other business teams
- Develop and maintain formal procedures for the platforms to ensure consistency across the applications and increased productivity
- Manage external vendors to strict SLAs and be vigorous in dealing with any issues
- Manage and challenge the budget of new projects
IT Project Management
- Take ownership and responsibility of LVMH P&C IT / IS back-office applications (mainly Oracle) that are supported by the Business including the support and upgrade roadmap
- Act for LVMH as project Manager for enhancement projects on these applications, and coordinate delivery in close collaboration with JV partner - this includes in particular high contribution in the requirement & testing phase, whereas software delivery is owned by JV partner
- Indicative list of projects:
- Automated upload of Sell In figures from Oracle to Orion Sell In
- Split of Brands PnL into Travel Retail and Local Markets
- Quota Management for allocating specific stock to specific distributors
- Integration of Orion P&L for all brands
- Items master integration between Oracle and SAP
- Integration of new brands into PCDO
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling LVMH P&C automation tools and collaborate with JV Partner to ensure the upgrades of common tools are aligned
- Report and follow support and maintenance queries with PCIS HQ
- Manage the operational issues supporting the IT solutions deployed ensuring appropriate responsibilities are managed effectively during the support responsibilities of our 3rd
- Stay abreast of platform enhancements and new technologies and assist in their suitability assessment ensuring they are aligned to our environment and business strategy
- The scope is primary Supply Chain and Finance but the candidate is expected to support other functions if needed

Reporting Creation and Maintenance
- Suggest and develop, upon request or your own initiative, new commercial, finance, marketing and logistics automated reports and maintain them
LVMH P&C Middle East BI System management and Database Maintenance
- Responsible for system interface monitoring, ensuring timely, accurate and complete processing of data
- Sense check data integrity and alert if any issue
- Creation of the new reports and new agents (automatic reports) in BI/Updating based on the requests from all LVMH P&C Middle East brands
- Support other departments for projects or any report query
- Manage delivery of IT training for the business users
Profile
PROFILE ____________
Technical IT Knowledge and experience
- IT or Information System scholar background / certification / relevant proven experience is a must
- Working experience in Oracle and SAP
- Knowledge of current business applications, best practices and trends in back-office systems
- Very advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory including Power Query and Visual Basic
- Database knowledge (MS Access, MySQL)
- Programming knowledge (Python, Visual Basic) is a plus to be able to develop simple reports on Power BI
- System security design and set up
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
