> Assume accountability for all targeted sales objectives and maintain an accurate Daily Business Record.
> Ensure that counters and display cases are clean and that the merchandise presentation conforms to the guidelines established by Guerlain.
> Anticipate and communicate stock and PLV needs to the appropriate Account Executive and/or Retail Specialist.
> Provide full-range customer service in retail locations, including thorough product knowledge and excellent product demonstrations designed to educate and expose customers to the high service standards and quality products associated with Guerlain.
> Ensure that all communications with customers are courteous, cordial, and professional.
> Offer daily make-up and skincare consultations, exhibiting the highest level of expertise and customer responsiveness.
> Cultivate personal relationships with customers and maintain an up-to-date client registry (via follow-up phone calls, mailings, etc.)
> Generate brand excitement and awareness through the development and implementation of in-store events and demonstrations.
> Adapt the "Guerlain" Attitude", presenting the Guerlain image and brand uniform in accordance with established guidelines.
> Identify as the brand "Ambassador", sharing the Guerlain experience with as many customers as possible.
> Educational background superior to national average.
> 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the prestige beauty market.
> Excellent make-up artist skills.
> Mastery of necessary foreign languages (based on local market needs).
> Good communication and public relations skills;
> Strong negotiating abilities.
> Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.
> Appearance adapted to Guerlain image and values.
