MISSION STATEMENT The Marketing Director is the linchpin of the brand's growth plan, who is passionate about unlocking the power of the brand and creating a holistic and integrated marketing plan leveraging the global brand assets and partnering with agencies, media and content partners to create compelling marketing activations across touch points. The role reports to VP Belvedere but has exposure to Belvedere Maison marketing team, especially Digital and Communication leads. Its responsibility encompasses oversight of marketing communication elements and consumer engagement across media types - lead development and execution of digital strategy in all its components, including content strategy, mobile strategy, search, influencer and community strategy, ecommerce initiatives, and media partnerships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - suggested subcategories by LG. Pls include % of time and/or import per each Media Planning - 25% ● Manage and execute ATL budget ● Set and execute media strategy (paid, owned and earned) to achieve business goals ● Track monthly analytics, including standard web, advertiser, video, mobile and social ● Ensure system wide digital media strategies effectively leverage paid media channels and are seamlessly part of a holistic multi-channel communications planning approach including use of owned channels in partnership with Maison team Digital Engagement & Innovation - 25% ● Set content strategy and execute via original and sponsored content leveraging paid media ● Establish digital media benchmarks & KPIs for markets to evolve media and digital media mix in alignment with consumer media behavior across all channels & formats (i.e. mobile, social, online video, display, etc) ● Manage digital analytics and on-going assessment of the brand conversation across channels and communities Public Relations & Influencer Engagement - 35% ● Responsible for direction and oversight of media and PR agencies ● Identify, execute and manage influencer partnerships that will increase cultural relevance ● Manage internal communication of all marketing initiatives ● Develop specific plans to grow and increase engagement on social communities Experiential -15 % ● Execute all event and experiential marketing QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED - to be updated with skills and experience bullets & personal and interpersonal skills if needed Education: BA required/MBA preferred Languages: English language required; French a plus Skills & Experience: ● Strong experience managing agencies (PR, media, digital, experiential) ● Relevant experience managing ATL agenda and investments to drive maximum impact of paid and earned ● Influencer integration to drive earned and positive brand association ● Deep understanding of content development and amplification based on consumer journey lens ● Proven record of state-of-the-art experiential and event execution Personal & interpersonal skills: ● Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders ● Self-starter and team-oriented ● Excellent oral and written skills ● Strong attention to detail
