  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for and knowledge about Berluti and its products
  • Lead the selling ceremony for every transaction and help peers close the sale when appropriate
  • Ongoing management of client relationship
  • Develop the business locally through new ideas and gaining new clients
  • Conduct monthly in-store product clinics and optimum selling meetings
  • Communicate on a regular basis with the Department Manager and the Buying Office concerning Berluti merchandise, customer reactions to the merchandise, and product needs
  • Understand current and incoming inventory levels and ensure it is ready to sell
  • Maintain visual standards of Berluti shop and products. Work with store's visual team as needed to ensure area is properly merchandised and for additional product exposure


  • Strong selling skills
  • Results driven individual that is self-motivated
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Commission sales experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule
  • Previous luxury retail experience preferred
  • English fluency, second language a plus
