Position

The foundations of Berluti -only masculine House of the LVMH Group- date back to Paris in 1895, and have been built by four generations of the Berluti family, who have cultivated exceptional know-how in the mastery of last making, a deep understanding of fine footwear and a passion for leather and patina.

In 2005, fine leather goods were introduced and in 2011 a complete clothing collection for a full lifestyle offer.

Today Berluti's bespoke and ready-to-wear collections of shoes and clothing offer a vocabulary for menswear that is innovative yet faithful to its tradition and style.
Attention to the silhouette, research of exceptional fabrics, innovation but also respect for skill in cutting and assembling form the cornerstones of Berluti's culture.

Since 2013, Berluti expanded its network of stores, including new Maisons in Paris, London, Shanghai, Bejing, Hong-Kong, New York and Tokyo.

Bespoke bootmakers and tailors service disembark from Paris for overseas appointments in selected flagships.

Since April 2018, Kris Van Assche is the Artistic Director of Berluti.

The Sales Associate acts as an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she enhances customer satisfaction and contributes to meet business objectives. He/she demonstrates respect, passion, great professionalism and offers the best customer experience and service through delivering the Berluti Experience.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following missions:

Client and Business
>  Represent Berluti as an Ambassador of the brand and ensure Customer experience;
>  Provide information and assistance to any requests of customer and escalate customer issues to more senior team members;
>  Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor and sales;
>  Build up a loyal Clientele;
>  Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.

Boutique performance / Client Service CRM
>  Provide excellent Customer Service and experience;
>  Meet individual and Boutique sales target and consignment goals;
>  Develop the clientele network for the Boutique. Quality of the service and meet customer expectations;
>  Comply with CRM practices and standards, reporting to Manager customer feedback.

Operations
>  Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
>  Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
>  Support in the organization of all back of House (tags on merchandise, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, maintain inventory accuracy etc.) in accordance with the Company's standards;
>  Actively support Inventories;
>  Meet all KPI objectives;
>  Actively participate in merchandising activities (ensuring standards and store conditions as set forth by the Corporate team).

Boutique Facility and Maintenance
>  Support in Boutique facilities (cleaning, repair, damages on furniture, etc.);
>  Oversee maintenance and clean Boutique environment.


Profile

>  Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment >  Demonstrates and ability to engage others > Ability to take ownership of tasks >  Excellent customer and service attitude > Strong communication skills >  Minimum2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts >  Foreign languages are a plus
