Mission: The Beverly Hills Boutique Director will play a key role in the success of Hublot Boutique by managing the team and ensuring that all boutique management policies and procedures established by the company are followed. The position will ensure that monthly goals are reached as budgeted, will drive the customer service and external relations with vendors and partners. Key Responsibilities:  Leads the Boutique team  Reach sales goals for the Boutiques  Issues reporting related to all items at Boutique level including Sales and Marketing as well as employees and inventories  Assist Hublot of America in PR / Networking opportunities and potential leads  Take part in local activations and marketing  Interface with Switzerland Headquarter for various inquiries  Various non-recurring missions linked with back-office

Profile

About You The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the luxury Retail industry with at least 3 to 5 years of management. Bachelor's or Master Degree a plus. She / he will possess strong leadership, high customer focus and strong analytical and organizational skills. Business acumen required, especially on how to initiate new tools and activation to generate sales. The candidate must also have the ability to be creative and stand pressure.
