The Boutique Manager is an ambassador of Dior in the Boutique and during events. He/She is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams, daily operations, and reaching a sustainable high quality of service.
Lead the team to achieve the retail KPIs and boutique sales objectives.
Lead by example by spending time on the sales floor and achieving boutique target sales and profitability
Collaborate with the office team to organize and implement in-store and local events with the goal of generating new business opportunities and to grow client base
Manage staffing including hiring and staff development.
Ensure impeccable conditions in the boutique
Constantly monitor KPIs and define and implement action plans to achieve targets
Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
Monitor inventory levels and assortments and work with Merchandising for any specific needs.
Provide the highest level of Customer Service, including solving client's most complex issues and develop and maintain client loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven track record of sales results/performance and have strong ability in client relationship / business development. You are great as a People Manager in motivating, cultivating and developing teams.
