Sales Management

  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales targets (both team & individual basis) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target
  • Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets
  • Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
  • Be responsible for KPIs achievement

Staff Management

  • Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
  • Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
  • Be responsible of the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the store
  • Ensure the grooming of the staff is aligned with the guidelines of the brand
  • Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the store
  • Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication

Operations Management

  • Be responsible for inventory management, i.e. managing stock level, supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
  • Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner
  • Be responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines and ensure timely window and interior product display rotation
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time
  • Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconcilliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
  • Complete requested reports and documents
  • Implement and support all security measures

Customer Relations Management

  • Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key customers
  • Ensure best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty
  • Attend to customer complaints when necessary
  • Act as brand ambassador following coporate guidelines of the brand
  • Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • At least 8 years solid experience in retail as managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry, jewellery industry experience is a preferred.
  • Diploma in retail would be a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Sales-oriented & result-oriented
  • Good business acumen & analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent customer service
  • Presentable, mature and has integrity & trust
  • Detail-oriented and organized
