Position

Sales Management

  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales targets (both team & individual basis) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target
  • Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets
  • Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
  • Be responsible for KPI achievement and simplified P&L such as inventory, running expenses etc. 

Customer Relations Management

  • Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain local customers in line with local boutique strategy
  • Retain existing clients and develop mid to high jewellery clients.
  • Drive new client recruitment
  • Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team.

People Management

  • Train, position and motivate staff to reflect business strategies and meet sales goals
  • Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
  • Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Be responsible of the planning of monthly roster for all the staff in the store
  • Participate in staff recruitment process.
  • Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the store
  • Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication

Inventory Management

  • Be responsible for inventory management, i.e. managing stock level
  • Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
  • Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication
  • Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner
  • Fulfill internal audit requirements

Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance

  • Be responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure timely window and interior product display rotation in order to maximize sales opportunity and meet brand guideline
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, display counters and back-of-house

Administrative Management

  • Oversee all aspects of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconcilliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
  • Complete reports timely
  • Implement and support all security measures

Brand Ambassador

  • Act as PR and brand ambassador following corporate guidelines of the brand
  • High attention to both personal and team's presentation and grooming standards

Customer Service (including after-sales service)

  • Ensure high and consistent delivery of luxurious customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure satisfactory after-sales service to customers in-store
  • Attend to customer complaints when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

  • At least 8 years solid experience in retail sales in a managerial position with successful track record, preferably with luxury watch or jewellery experience
  • Diploma in retail would be a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Solid people management skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Sales, and detail-oriented with agility during good and challenging business environment
  • Good team player
  • Good business acumen
