Position

You will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, ensuring sales performance, profitability, brand recognition, team development, excellent customer service experience and customer relationship management. Your main role is to lead the boutique team to achieve the KPI targets set by the brand through coaching and mentoring approach which also includes overall training and development and individual performance reviews. Main responsibilities are: Sales Management >  Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales objectives to the team and leading the team with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products >  Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets Management Staff Management >  Coach & develop staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals >  Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff >  Be responsible of the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the store >  Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication Inventory and Visual Merchandise Management >  Be responsible for inventory management and visual merchandising per the brand guidelines CRM >  Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key clients >  Implement activities to drive client repeat visit and build customer loyalty Administrative & Customer Service Management >  Oversee store operations, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etc. >  Handle after sales service requests from the reception to the collection, ensuring high level of satisfaction. In collaboration with After Sales Service department, manage dedicated team to reach customer service KPIs

Profile

We are looking for someone who has at least 8 years' solid experience in luxury retail operations at managerial position with successful track record. Experience in high end luxury watch industry is a plus. You enjoy working in a multicultural team and evolving in dynamic culture. Moreover, you have an excellent level of English and Mandarin. You are agile, adaptable, experienced in high pressure environments, possess strong relationship and leadership skills. Impeccable attention to detail with a can-do attitude is crucial. Finally, your creative mind helps you to be disruptive, pro-active and to act strategically.
