You will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, ensuring sales performance, profitability, brand recognition, team development, excellent customer service and customer relationship management. Your main role is to lead the boutique team to achieve the KPI targets set by the brand through coaching and mentoring approach which also includes overall training, development and review of individual performance.
You already have 8 years of solid experience in retail operations in a managerial capacity with successful track record for luxury retail with watch experience. Diploma in retail management is preferred. You are fluent in English and Mandarin and use your open-minded attitude to communicate efficiently with your stakeholders. Ideally, you have a good understanding of the luxury environment and the industry knowledge.
