  • To provide clerical and administrative support to the office team and BC admin work such as stationery order, name card printing, leave application etc.
  • To formulate operation procedure in the office to ensure smooth office management
  • To consolidate and compile key business reports regularly via gathering information from different parties
  • To support sales team on the coordination of BC recruitment and the follow-up HR documentation
  • To support marketing team on coordination and clerical work
  • To work with SSC team on all operation work related to all account set-up and information update
  • To execute and supervise the projects assigned by Head of Greater China
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Greater China
  • To assist & support Head of Greater China in other areas if required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned




  • University education
  • Computer literacy is a must with good skills in MS Office application, especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing
  • 2 - 3 years' solid experience in administrative position, retail industry experience is a definite advantage
  • A team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and good sense to numbers
  • Hardworking, ability to multi-task and be able to work under pressure with flexibility
  • Proactive and has strong passion for the job 
  • Good command of Chinese and English, both conversational and written
