Lead business strategy and financials, develop and coordinate consumer driven strategic brand plans that maximize available resources, increase profitability and build long-term brand equity


Brand Strategy:
- Lead the Brand planning process
- Develop and oversees brand strategies to achieve volume and profit targets
- Provide clear strategic direction to Sales Organization and other key stakeholders
- Maximize available resources to achieve brand objectives
- Oversee development of KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness

- Ensure A&P spend is prioritized against brand missions & relevant growth drivers
- Develop and oversee optimum pricing strategy with sales force and suppliers to maximize profit and volume growth

Stakeholder Relationships:
- Partner with Sales (incl. Distributor & Retail partners), Finance & IT, Legal, & Center of Excellences(Digital, Insight, E-commerce) to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans
- Drive and manage Agency relationships
- Consult with Maisons to develop brand strategy for US market that supports image & equity of brand
- Work in partnership with sister brands to develop strong portfolio opportunities

Marketing Support:
- Use marketing expertise (merchandising, PR...) to implement strategies and oversee programs and promotions to drive brand growth and build image and equity
- Develop and oversee creative and merchandising development and expenditures
- Provide input on creative advertising and media plans for assigned brands

- Ensure effective communication and alignment of individual, brand & Company goals
- Manage overhead and T&E budgets at or below plan
- Manage, develop and build strong internal team (2 brand managers, 1 senior BM and 1 VIE)


Education : Marketing Degree required, Advanced degree preferred

Languages : English, working knowledge of French a plus

Professional experience & know how : 10+ years brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or luxury environment. Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three -tier system is a plus. Strong leadership and communications skills. Experience working in partnership with Sales required.
