Brand Manager (m/f/d) 100 % based in Vienna, Austria

Your job

You will be in charge of the brand's assigned quantitative and qualitative marketing objectives in Austria, ensure the successful marketing plan deployment, trade marketing & PR activities and return on investments in line with the brand's international strategy and guidelines. The aim is to improve the overall performance regarding sell-in & sell-out figures, to support the distribution throughout Austria and to increase the knowledge at the POS through instore trainings.

Your responsibilities

Trade Marketing:

  • Definition & implementation of Acqua di Parma operational marketing strategy for the Austria market in line with corporate strategy, together with Line Manager
  • Negotiations & implementation of trade activities with retailers (animation slots, windows plan, in-store visibility and activities, mailers, offline and online)
  • Coordination of merchandising projects when necessary (new store openings, store renovations, etc.)
  • Organization of sales meetings (products presentations, sales cycle materials) and follow up to sales force on launches achievements and sales targets
  • Budgeting, planning and organization of PR activities, forecast of press releases and contact person for journalists and editors
  • Competitors tracking & benchmarking

Retail & Sales:

  • Management and monitoring of sales forecasts together with Line Manager
  • Analysis of sales data
  • Support General Manager & Area Managers in negotiations with retailers and the sales teams to optimize sales target achievement
  • Development of brand awareness & motivation among Beauty Consultant

Training:

  • Preparation & conduction of trainings for beauty Consultant
  • Accountable for planning training events

Finance & Planning:

  • Management of P&L under the supervision of General Manager
  • Management and monitorization of products & POSM forecasts

Profile

Your background

  • You have an Economical University Degree and at least 3 years of experiences in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Sales ideally in the luxury industry
  • You are native in German, fluent in English and Italian skills are a plus
  • You have a "hands-on" mind-set, the ability to motivate others and you are a creative thinker
  • You are a passionate and proactive and you can also work independently
  • You have great analytical skills and are not afraid to solve problems
  • You have a high motivation and you are a self-starter with great negotiation skills
  • You are enthusiastic, passionate and a good communicator
