Position

BRAND PLANS EXECUTION:
-        Assist in the development of marketing plans and programs: ensure the perfect execution of each different brand program.
-        Develop brand presentations and ensure adequate follow-up of projects.
-        Manage brand assets and media library (photo and video)
BRAND PLANS DEVELOPMENT - NEXT YEAR: Support the Brand Manager on the Y+1 Plan's development, actively participating in all the processes.
 
REPORTING
-        Follow up and a post-mortem report with the results of all Marketing programs making its own recommendations for future actions
-        Ensure the monthly reporting of brand activity and analyse of the competition (trade+ digital), including recommendations.
 
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
-        Brief and follow all BTL and ATL agencies
-        Creation of each supplier in the database
 
FOLLOW UP THE BUDGET
-        Creation of Purchase order for each budget
-        Follow up of the financial brand tracker
TRADE MARKETING
-        Follow on premise activations, creating the appropriate briefing, according to the needs of the brand and making a proper monitoring and control of the action from its inception to its implementation
-        Visual Merchandising: Production and implementation of visibility elements in line with the Brand guide lines.
-        Follow up of POSM Material: Oversee POSM orders and usage, including regular reviews of items and actualisation of the  catalogue.
-        Regular trade visits in order to generate insights for Marketing programs and analyse the competition.


Profile

Education: Master degree education in Marketing 
 
Languages: Native/fully fluent Portuguese, fluent Spanish. French is a plus.
 
Professional experience & know how: 
A first marketing experience in internship or apprenticeship (operational or strategic). Knowledge of the Wine & Spirit industry or strong interest for the category.
