Position

MISSION STATEMENT

Work with Brand Director on consumer engagement planning, execution and measurement for key Moet & Chandon priorities, resulting in long-term brand equity and cultural relevance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Relations & Influencer Engagement - 30%
>  Support Brand Director in driving press relations strategy for brand and campaign-specific initiatives, ensuring maximum press coverage
>  Manage wine communications program, including winemaker tours in the US and press trips to Champagne region
>  Identify and vet ad hoc publicity opportunities as they arise, and lead orchestration of press plan with PR agency
>  Manage PR agency, inclusive of digital influencer engagement programs

Experiential - 30%
>  Support brand director in driving innovation and breakthrough activation across all experiential initiatives for the brand
>  Oversee regional event execution to ensure alignment against brand priorities
>  Vet ad hoc event opportunities and maximize consumer engagement opportunities
>  Extract maximum PR value for all experiential activations

Media Planning - 20%
>  Support brand director in execution of media strategy and planning of brand campaign and key brand initiatives
>  Manage media agency, publishing/media partners and media platforms to execute paid media campaigns

Digital Engagement & Innovation - 20%
>  Support brand director in driving digital engagement and social media content programs laddering up to key priorities
>  Develop plans to grow and increase engagement across Moet's social communities for key brand initiatives
>  Lead shoots with agencies, ensuring efficiencies/incorporation of below-the-line needs
>  Coordination with internal e-retail partners for digital content and paid media programs
>  Work in partnership with Digital Center of Excellence on digital activations (CRM and innovation)


Profile

Education: BA required/MBA preferred

Languages: English language required; French a plus

Skills & Experience:
- Highly effective written and spoken communicator; comfortable presenting in large groups
- Comfortable with managing junior talent, collaborating with peer/cross-functional teams and managing up to senior management
- 7-8 years of experience in luxury or CPG business, with expertise in brand communications and/or consumer engagement
- Excellent understanding and pulse on cultural trends and nightlife
- Exceptional knowledge of the PR and digital landscape, including PR measurement and digital analytics
- Passion for food, wine and luxury lifestyle
- Strong skills in project and timeline management
