Build compelling programming that demonstrates the power and distinctiveness of the Belvedere Vodka brand and create holistic, integrated and innovative marketing plans that maximize consumer engagement.
PR/Experiential Marketing: (40%)
> Drive innovation and breakthrough activation on all experiential initiatives for the brand
> Manage the execution of tent pole PR activations including all sponsored and proprietary events
> Track monthly earned media activity to ensure alignment with annual targets and identify opportunities for improvement in partnership with the PR agency
> Work in partnership with Brand Director, Consumer Marketing and Engagement to maximize earned media coverage and consumer engagement at every event
> Develop the influencer strategy for the United States, with the goal of building brand awareness and desirability through their communities and reach
> Oversee regional event execution to ensure brand alignment against brand standards
> Attend all PR meetings, internal workshops, partner forums
Media Strategy and Planning: (30%)
> Assist in the execution of media strategy (Paid, Owned, Earned, Shared) to achieve business goals
> Work in partnership with the media agency to deliver innovative media programming that maximizes brand visibility and consumer affinity
> Ensure system-wide digital media strategies effectively leverage paid media channels and are seamlessly part of a holistic multi-channel communications planning approach, including the use of owned channels in partnership with Maison team
> Track campaign-based and monthly analytics, including standard web, advertiser, video, mobile and social data in partnership with agencies
> Develop specific plans to grow and increase engagement on social communities
> Attend all media agency and media planning meetings in partnership with or on behalf of Brand Director, Consumer Marketing and Engagement
> Co-manage VIE and in the execution of event activations
> Work closely with Digital COE on innovation and media planning
> Manage all event and experiential communication with BDMs and regions
> Manage SG agency relationship and budget
> Manage Brand Ambassador in market deployment (i.e. all brand events)
> Ensure compliance with procurement processes and deliver A&P budget
Stakeholder Relationships: (10%)
> Partner with Brand Team, Maison, BDMs, and Procurement to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans
> Lead the annual planning process regarding all Event and Experiential plans in partnership with Brand Manager, Trade Marketing and Brand Director, Business Planning
> Share best practices across global Belvedere markets to drive greater efficiency and innovation
Education: Marketing Degree required; MBA preferred
Professional experience & know how: 10+ years brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or luxury environment. Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three -tier system is a plus. International experience a plus.
