The Brand Manager Falabella is responsible for building the business and brand awareness in the region and achieving sales, service and profit goals. The Brand Manager is also responsible for setting and maintaining visual direction, executing a successful marketing and digital strategies, structuring and supporting regional training, and guaranteeing financial health of the business models. Also developing the Etail business within Falabella, while exploring new business opportunities. The Brand Manager will have to develop strong and durable relationships regionally with the retailer in Chile, Colombia and Peru.




  • Manage and develop teams at country level (BM´s/RAM´s) Education (REM), Marketing (Marketing Managers) and finance (Business Controller)
  • Ensure regional structure with consolidation of resources, fostering a collaborative approach among team members
  • Manage employee's development, careers and performance in accordance with guidelines provided by their employer
  • Manage tracking forms and paperwork in a timely manner to Americas as required

Order Inventory 

  • Work with the Benefit finance, brand managers and Falabella´ s planning teams to build up annual Retail Sales targets
  • Monitor achievement of store sales/service goals, weekly, monthly, quarterly to ensure actual in line with forecasts as agreed upon with Benefit and Falabella
  • Analyze new product sales ensuring opportunities are being maximized
  • Ensure that all cast members follow the ABC's, including the conversion from product to service and service to product
  • Prepare order proposals with country brand managers and controller for Falabella planning teams to ensure inventory levels


  • Supervise the production of quarterly forecast based on actual and reforecast sales/costs
  • Supervise the production of Monthly sales forecasts updating with proposed store updates
  • Supervise the production of new products forecasts with the support of the Business Controller and in partnership with Falabella' s team
  • Produce Annual budget, revisions and landings according to the Benefit timelines, and in a timely manner
  • Review P&L ensuring it is in line with agreed objectives, and business model financial health

Marketing / Merchandising

  • Build & execute regional marketing and digital plans to deliver business objectives in alignment with brand visual guidelines
  • Raise the brand awareness of Benefit through focus on power categories, hero products, A launches, brow bars and digital marketing Ensure launches strategy and event activities are in line with Benefit strategy and markets requirements
  • Ensure high share of voice with major consumer media via positive brand coverage and product editorial Strive to position Benefit as a must-have brand among local celebrities, trendsetters and other influencers

Promotions and Special Events

  • Encourage team to create excitement on counter by organizing additional activities and/or product focuses on a regular basis, consistent with Brand image and Brand culture
  • Plan and execute events around key times/product launches/etc, working closely with Americas team for guidelines
  • Link up with local organizations and/or clubs, in store fashion and accessory departments, etc to attract new business to Benefit through joint events and promotions

Counter Culture

  • Follow merchandising direction and standards as given by the Benefit Creative Services dept
  • Train team on how to maintain Counter Culture standards/Creative Service Dept direction


  • Ensure field locations meet the standards of sanitation and hygiene, as per the requirements placed upon all operations providing services
  • Manage recruitment for open positions with with Falabella´s HR teams and ensure field teams have talent pool
  • Liaise with Falabella teams on a continual basis, with reference to store events,


  • Manage field training to ensure all staff have tools on sales and customer service by example and demonstration
  • Partner with Americas and Edu  to ensure team is prepared for seasonal trainings and in-store training visits
  • Coach teams to ensure they are developing and managing their respective teams

Additional information

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6-8 years of sales and/or general management experience in prestige cosmetics or retail
  • In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market would be a plus
  • Fluent in English
