Brand Planning

  • Under the guidance of the Marketing Director develop annual marketing plans with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels
  • Achieve agreed level of brand contribution through active monitoring and control of pricing, trade offers and A&P spends
  • Develop together with sales force accurate sales forecast and maintain inventory level at company target level
  • Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through field visits, research, trade responses on a regular basis
  • Budget/LE submissions together with finance team. Ensure timely and accurate submission of necessary data
  • Timely submission of marketing reports to Marketing Director for approval


Advertising and Promotion

  • Manage and work with all external agencies to ensure clear understanding of brands' objectives and agencies. Work with them closely to develop and implement activities to the highest level of professional excellence.
  • Monitoring, control and evaluation of all advertising and promotion spend. Ensure deployment is done effectively and efficiently
  • Develop creative promotion campaigns for specific trade channels in relation to promotion objectives
  • Involvement in key accounts contract negotiation and its preparation


Business Development

  • Identify business opportunities for exploitation for proposal to the Marketing Director
  • Rationalization of product mix to improve brand contribution



  • University Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing related fields


  • Strong written and spoken English. Dialects such as Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.

Professional experience & know how: 

  • 5-6 years experience as brand manager in FMCG or luxury products company
  • Experience in 4A advertising agencies is advantageous
  • Sales or F&B service experience either local or regional is advantageous
