Position

The Brand Manager ensures brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and the pursue of clear business objectives in every marketing project.

The role has a transversal view of the all department and support the organization by coordinating projects within the Marketing department, with a cross functional project management and working with the Regional Marketing references to ensure the global strategy is deployed locally fully respecting the brand and specific local needs

 

Marketing Projects management:

  • Support on defining the marketing calendars
  • Compile, for all marketing projects assigned, a comprehensive project format in use in the department, by reaching out to all functions and departments involved
  • Write, for all projects assigned, a business brief to inform content production
  • Monitor the projects status and the development and ensure deadlines are respected
  • Once the project is finalized, compile a project document with a full overview to be shared with key stakeholders in the organization
  • Once the project is executed, work on a proper reporting analyzing the success of marketing campaigns

Regional coordination:

  • Act as a referent for the Regional marketing teams in the development of local marketing plans.
  • Ensure local plans are developed and deployed in full consistency

Other responsibilities:

  • Market researches analysis and competitive analysis
  • Act as Marketing referent for Brand presentations, brand inductions, and check brand positioning related to possible company projects other departments share with Marketing

Profile

  • Education: degree in Marketing or Economy
  • Seniority: 5-6 years
  • Professional background: similar position in highly structured international companies, within the Marketing department, or more specifically Brand or Go-to-market functions (preferably in Luxury fashion brands, or cosmetics)
  • Managerial skills: strong project management capabilities, precision, systemic view
  • Soft skills: relationship management, communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Computer skills: advanced PPT skills, Excel
  • Languages skills: Italian, English as a must
