What responsibilities will you have? 360 degrees responsibility for the marketing of our luxury brands of Champagne, wine, and spirits in Switzerland, Steer and develop the respective brands to achieve the targeted sales and profits, Develop and execute local brand strategies and concepts in line with brand strategy, Develop and executes Above- and Below-the-line activities in accordance with brand strategy, Accountable for the development, implementation and control of Media, Public Relations, Events and Sales, Full A&P budget responsibility and ensure optimal spend allocation, Promotions campaigns, where necessary with selected and approved agencies, on- and offline, Provide clear consumer insights, Monitor Brand's health trackers and Nielsen numeric selling distribution tools proposition for action Expand and develop the customer base in collaboration with the trade department as well as enhancing brand values, Active proposition and implementation of marketing concepts in order to increase profitability and sales volume, Management and development of one Junior Brand Manager and one intern.


What experience and skills are we looking for? - Min 5 years of marketing experience in the luxury segment - Innovative and creative - Strategic mindset and very hands-on at the same time - Proactive, decisive and entrepreneurial operating style - Team player - Fluent in French, German, English (ALL compulsory)
