Reporting directly to the Sales Director and KSA Distributor. This senior position is in charge of the KSA market, managing TAG Heuer distribution in major cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Makkah.
Expert of the market, you are fully responsible for the full 360* of the brand distribution in KSA. Working closely with the Sales Director and distributor of KSA, driving the Sales Staff motivation on a daily basis. Ensuring a daily presence on the floor connecting with Sales Staff in both Retail & Wholesale and developing action plans on how to improve versus competition and meet growth targets. Working in conjunction with the Retail Team to ensure Brand guidelines are met across all stores along with the Marketing Team to support with the local contacts on implementing the annual marketing plan.

- Master degree
- 5+ Years mixing Retail and Marketing experience in FMCG or luxury Industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken), French is a plus.
- Proven good understanding of the luxury environment and of the Middle-East culture
- Delivered brand and category growth for premium brands - in mature market conditions
- Strong negotiation skills & Inspirational personality to drive projects
- Exited to live in Saudi Arabia
