Business Analyst

Central London

Mission:

  • Provide commercial and financial service to the front office
  • Provide monthly commercial analysis determined by business needs
  • Analysis of business processes in sales and marketing
  • Support the role out of the brands' commercial strategy
  • Develop the provision of commercial reporting, analysis & interpretation for the UK brand teams
  • Support Managing Director/Commercial Director TAG Heuer where appropriate
  • General project management according to business needs and strategy

Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Responsible for sales forecasts update and purchases for TAG Heuer UK
  • Evolve and improve the front-line services and analyse business processes in the sales and marketing functions
  • Responsibility for the preparation of weekly and monthly commercial reports for senior management (including retail sell-out data collation & cleansing)
  • Work closely with commercial teams to ensure a customer focused approach to shared service centre operations
  • Work with commercial teams to improve sales forecasting and supply chain procurement in order to maximise product availability within optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure that tight controls are maintained over the brands' marketing budgets and product pricing
  • Assess and improve the provision of useful and timely management information and further develop sophisticated monitoring and evaluation techniques
  • Communicate brand plans to teams and set and monitor objectives
  • Continually review and develop business processes to maximise efficiency and effective operations
  • Ongoing investigation and monitoring of grey market

Profile

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

 

Education:

  • Finance or Business graduate or equivalent qualification 

Professional Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills. Advanced Excel plus some exposure to ERP systems
  • Commercial experience
  • Knowledge of reporting tools
