Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVES

The position will be assisting marketing, controlling team and general manager in providing reporting and analytical support to meet the objectives of the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 1. Coordination and support for Brand SO

  • Collect SO information from retailers
  • Prepare a range of SO reports in collaboration with other TR LVMH P&C brands
  • Prepare monthly SO report for the region

 

 2. Market analysis and forecast

  • Collect shop trend information from retailers on monthly basis
  • Prepare a range of market SO reports on monthly basis
  • Analyze and forecast market trend for the month, year and 5-year plan
  • Analyze and make recommendations of business development based on market panels - both TR (generation) and LM (beauty research); The recommendations will be both in terms of market but also axis, category and line.
  • Follow up passenger evolution by country, airport and nationality to anticipate market trend and explain current evolution

 

3. Bring support and maintenance to company process & tools

  • Maintain, develop and create reporting tools for both sales and marketing SO analysis
  • Provide support to create PowerPoint presentation to top management
  • Link with LM to better understand trends and share best practices and tools

Profile

Background

  • University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Finance or related discipline 
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in business analysis or finance
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Excel with capacity of building dashboards, graphs, pivots, databases.
