Position

Louis Vuitton Middle East is looking for a Business Controller to monitor financial and internal control in the Middle East area, per LVMH standards and procedures. He/She supports the local business in day-to-day finance related tasks and provide quality reports and ad hoc analysis to the Company's management and to the EMEA Zone.
Main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Follow-up on Retail commercial performance and KPI's
  • Approve Purchase Orders within budget guidelines 
  • Provide with flawless month-end closures: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Carry out budget preparation and revisions
  • Ad hoc analysis on sales, selected expense and operational expense for special events
  • Manage cost negotiations
  • Take part in Stores inventories
  • Ensure respect of internal control procedures and perform operational reviews in Stores
  • Enhance procedures in the Middle East Region, within Corporate and Group standards
  • Attend month-end meetings with the EMEA Zone
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management 

Liaise with Accounting, heads of departments, suppliers, etc.


Profile

With a BA/BBA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as business controller in multinational companies, we are eager to speak to professionals who have an experience in Retail and with SAP. 

The candidate must prove the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced quantitative, analytical and computer skills, especially in Excel
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
