Position
Louis Vuitton is recruiting for a Business Performance Manager who will be responsible for determining and recommending opportunities with a short and long term vision across all product categories. This will be accomplished through partnership with Merchants, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Merchandising teams to analyze business results and opportunities based on product performance. They will also be responsible for communicating their findings to Louis Vuitton America's leadership team and Retail partners. As an individual with a strong retail understanding, you will partner with Finance, Store Planning, and Retail teams to provide a merchandising perspective (i.e. sales expectations, assortments with offer, etc.) for all store projects and partner with both Finance & Retail to lead the bi-annual creation of Store Bonus Category Targets. Working across departments, this individual will lead a 360 degree process to synthesize details and manage timelines for product launches.
Being a highly analytical individual, you will identify inefficiencies through reporting data, find new ways to analyze & present information, and provide additional ad hoc analysis related to product initiatives in order to measure the impact across all product categories. In addition, you will drive monthly forecast process to analyze trends and key drivers while identifying risks and opportunities in the business. While synthesizing reports on a weekly basis, you will learn what drives the business and communicate findings to upper management. Additionally, the Business Performance Manager is responsible for the Merchandising budget process, inclusive of working with the team during the roll-up and review steps to challenge discrepancies.
Profile
We are eager to speak to highly experienced Business Performance Professionals with 5+ years of relevant experience and who have a proven track record of working in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast paced, evolving and best in class organization. You will be highly driven organized and commercially minded with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. In addition, you will have outstanding Microsoft Excel abilities, analytical skills and a commercial mindset. You have relational database experience helpful, outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship building skills. Power BI is a plus.
