Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Care Services and Quality Supervisor to support their Client Care Services Center based in California. This role will be reporting into the Care and Services Manager ensuring a client-oriented mindset is maintained to achieve exceptional quality goals.
This position is responsible for the analysis and reporting of trends on product quality and developing action plans for timely resolution with Central and Manufacturing teams. Working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this role will provide daily support to Retail Stores, Internal and External Departments through effective communication, coaching, and training. Additionally, this role will play a pivotal role in leading training sessions, creating and updating materials, as well as other corporate deployed projects.
We are seeking to speak to individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills with a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally in the leather goods accessories business. With a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, positive communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the Customer Experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.
This role integrates both strategic and tactical responsibilities that would best suit a professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid working relationships with a wide range of business partners.
