The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The CARE Services Trainee is responsible for providing support to the Boutique and Corporate teams to drive exemplary client experience in all areas of product care, and after sales. The Mission of the Operations team is to drive Boutique Manager focus to the client and the associate through reducing, simplifying, and standardizing process, while optimizing business performance. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.



  • Daily ownership of repair process operations for boutiques
    • Work closely with boutique teams for client and stock repairs
    • Partner to understand and address issues and concerns from the field
    • Provide guidance and updates throughout process for all Americas locations
    • Liaison between repair center and boutiques to expedite repair execution
    • Work with vendors on spare parts requirements, including Care Services partners in Paris
    • Bi-Weekly visits to repair center, liaise with teams on workflow and challenges
    • Analysis of repairs for understanding and opportunities
  • Provide logistic, and analytic, support for all CARE Services initiatives, including launch of global program for holistic approach to product care
  • Partner with CARE Services manager on CARE Services projects, including:
    • Ready to Wear requests ordering with Paris teams
    • Product quality control for returning product, including support for ecommerce team
    • Personalization special events and launches
  • Support technician for Embroidery project
    • Train on personalization machine to provide as needed support to technician, cover scheduling gaps
  • Monthly reporting on CARE Services initiatives
    • Provide analytics to measure, and report, compliance
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed



  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent follow-through practices
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Retail Math and basic Analytics
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
  • Background in Design, Merchandising preferably in Luxury Retail environment
  • Design/Graphics background strongly preferred with experience in relevant applications
