Position

>  Help to develop and implement Total Rewards Strategy in alignment with business strategies >  C&B policy review and update >  Review and update C&B trend and market benchmark to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity >  Monthly payroll review and annual report C&B data preparation >  Sales commission/incentive plan review and update >  Mobility management, cooperate with Group and Maison HR for foreigners staff program in PRC. >  Managing, communicating and delivering C&B related projects within the organization >  Lead annual payroll budget process and work with Finance team closely for monthly/annual cost tracking and analyses

Profile

>  Bachelor degree or above >  6-7 years C&B experience with 1 or 2 years in managerial role within Multinational Companies >  Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills >  Strong hands-on mentality, customer focus and willingness to learn and share >  Be interested in luxury industry >  Fluent in both English and Chinese
