Position

KEY MISSION

Support the evolution of the Global Media Strategy on/off line, guaranteeing the best deployment of advertising investments on the different communication channels. Plan advertising spaces, assessing how, where and when to act, according to targets, products and advertising campaign messages.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support overall advertising activities (Print, OOH, Digital including SEM)
  • Communicate with HQ on a daily basis to align with the global strategy
  • Communicate with advertising agency
  • Work closely with PR, E-commerce and Social Media Content team for 360 integrated activities
  • Execute advertising campaigns (scheduling and material preparation)
  • Update media plan system
  • Making monthly social report
  • Making OOH report (on demand)
  • Making advertising calendar to share internally
  • invoicing

Profile

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Understanding well Japanese media environment including digital (mandatory)
  • 3-5 years of advertising industry
  • Experience of luxury industry is plus
  • Digital Advertising literacy
  • Analytic mind and strong with numbers
  • A quick learner
  • Native level of Japanese and business level in English
  • PC Skill (Mid-level of excel , PPT)
  • Cropping photos for advertisement use purpose
