Join Louis Vuitton EMEA Head Office in Paris as a Distribution Planner.
In this role, you will manage the correct inventory of a category to support the sales of a specific geographical perimeter. This will be accomplished through the use of analytical skills to monitor distribution, proactively contribute to the achievement of sales target, and ensure appropriate availability rate and optimal stock levels.
As a key partner to the Store network, you will ensure an open dialogue on stock levels, product availability, while also managing the inventory flow for new store openings and special in-store events. In addition, you will implement actions based on your analyses of target stock adjustments and stock re-balance, in order to maximize sell through.
Holding the Supply Chain expertise, you will collaborate closely with the Merchandising team and our several Warehouses to solve distribution challenges, while also supporting your Store network in meeting their global objectives. Working collaboratively with the other Supply Chain team members, you will support the delivery of special projects aiming to continuously improve the practices and global performance of the Department.
To be successful in this role, you will leverage your analytical capabilities to become a recognized data scientist. Your advanced communications skills will enable you to create consensus, convince people & bring them together. As a naturally client-centric individual, you will solve complex problems, both organizational & technical.
In terms of background, you graduated from an Engineering School/University and hold a two-year' experience in a similar role & environment. Your knowledge about Luxury Retail and Supply chain will be key to make the difference.
Fluent English is required, as well as a deep knowledge of the Excel Suite and SAP.
