> To work with sales team and customer marketing team professionally for the verification on the merchandising application: outlet grade and target volume by brand, outlet layout and location available, applied merchandising item format and size, etc. Follow up closely for the design confirmation with trade and ensure the timely installation as per agreed timeline with quality execution.
> To manage the merchandising data in a systematic and effective way, ensure the records are up-to-date and accurate.
> To follow up for the brand image update projects initiated by MKT by verifying the current merchandising records and confirming the updated designs as per given target.
> To follow up closely for the reported merchandising problems and ensure the timely maintenance are done by agency.
> To assist Channel Activation Manager for promotion follow-up in East region, including planning consolidation, POSM allocation, PG deployment and feedback collection.
> To conduct regular market visits in both on & off-trade to monitor the PG performance， Merchandising status & promotion execution.
> A Grade University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
> Good Chinese & English communication skills.
> Cantonese speaking preferred.
> 3 to 4 years' commercial background
> Supervisory and management experience with top 500 multinational companies or in the Advertising industry
> Good understanding of marketing
> Full understanding of POS opportunities, maximizing shelf space and visibility opportunities
> Good understanding of merchandising format & materials
> Cost assessment: Opportunities vs. Costs.
> Good computer skill for PPT / Excel.
> Good planning skill.
> Good presentation skill.
> Well organized with good analytical skills.
> Good interpersonal skill.
