The Marketing AGSeleration Center is the cross-country marketing expertise center complementing local marketing in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. It consists of the three teams Competence Center, Culture & Communication and the Channel Hub.

The Channel Hub overall will be responsible for the channel know-how and excellence and applying it to cross-country ("AGS") channel specific projects. The Channel Hub team will consist of five team members each in charge of one area of expertise. Your responsibilities in Experience Retail include strategic skills, management & people skills as well as strong executional skills, and will be defined in further detail below.


Your role in a nutshell:

  • Lead in-country or cross-country Retail Experience projects at Department Stores and Pop-ups (referred to as "Experience Retail") as well as develop and lead the execution of concepts to boost brand desirability, rate of sales and visibility
  • Manage the channel strategy and independently drive the Experience Retail agenda of MH within the AGS region and build activations around it
  • Take on a key role within Moët Hennessy to develop a strong pool of expertise, increase MH impact in strategic tenders, fuel Marketing and Sales with insights and learnings to boost MH competitive advantage in Retail overall
  • Develop a sharp business understanding to monitor the brand performance (market share, RRSP survey, etc) and identify the key growth opportunities




Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Business
  • Significant experience in Brand or Trade Marketing in a high-end Retail environment
  • Language: Local language (German) required, Fluent in English, French a plus
