KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A BUSINESS DEVELOPER:

  • BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALES & PROFITABILITY OF CHINESSE CLIENTS
  • REGULARLY ANALYZE THE CATEGORY'S PERFORMANCES AND IMPLEMENT THE RIGHT ACTION PLANS WHEN NEEDED
  • IMPLEMENT CLIENTELING ACTIONS AND COACH THE SALES CONSULTANTS
  • BEING THE LINK BETWEEN THE STORE MANAGEMENT AND THE SALES TEAM
  • PROVIDE WITH RELEVANT AND REGULAR ANALYSIS AND FEEDBACKS ON CLIENTELLING PERFORMANCE

BRAND PROMOTER AND CLIENTS AMBASSADOR:

  • PROMOTE THE BRAND INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY IN YOUR DAILY ENVIRONMENT
  • GUARANTEE THAT EVERY CLIENT RECEIVES THE UTMOST EXPERIENCE IN STORE
  • ENSURE THAT THE IMAGE OF YOUR DEPARTMENT IS CONSTANTLY CONSISTENT WITH BRAND GUIDELINES
  • ENSURE THAT ALL THE PROCESSES ARE COMPLIANT WITH THE INTERNAL POLICIES
  • PROVIDING ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMER DATABASE AS PER THE CRM STANDARDS
  • CONTRIBUTING TO THE QUALITY OF THE DATABASE WHILE REVIEWING, UDATING AND CLEANING EXISTING DATA.
  • MANAGEMENT OF VIP CUSTOMERS FROM ALL NATIONALITIES, FOCUSING ON ASIANS CLIENTS.

  • LEAD CLIENTELLING STRATEGY IN STORE
  • DEPLOY AND COACH TEAM MEMBERS WITH CELINE CLIENTELLING STRATEGY
  • HELP THE STAFF SUCCEEDING IN ENGAGING AND CONNECTING WITH THEIR CLIENTS TO INCREASE THEIR LOYALTY

EDUCATION : MASTERS/BACHELOR DEGREE

EXPERIENCE : 5 YEARS OF RETAIL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
