Louis Vuitton Hong Kong is currently looking for talented Client Advisors to join our dynamic teams at various iconic store locations.
Roles are based in our vibrant and exciting Hong Kong stores, each with their own special personality and characteristics. You will be provided with the industry leading training which offers in-depth insight into the luxury retail industry. In addition you will work alongside the very best talent within the industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships by leveraging different clienteling tools
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
You will be empathetic, curious and agile, with a client-centric mindset and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in retail or hospitality industry
- Professional presentation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills
- Client-centric, proactive and positive in approach
- Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
