Based in The Wynn - The Client Advisor is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a VM Ambassador, this person is responsible for maintaining the visual standards of the store daily, as well as re-merchandising of the floor while liaising with the VM team in local HQ.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Meet individual and store sales targets goals
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales ceremony with the result of maximizing sales and KPI's
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies
  • Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
  • Promote store events through email, phone, text, we-chat and personalized notes
  • Develop, maintain and expand a client book, working on consignment clients, increase spend with current consignment clients
  • Consistent follow up with clients including any shipping, alteration, all client related issues
  • Maintain consistent, clear, communication and follow up with merchandising team on client special orders
  • Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
  • Support all aspects of inventory control, maintenance of stock standards, cycle counts when necessary, inventory, shipping, receiving as well as any other task that may be necessary
  • Maintain uniform dress code and grooming standards
  • Liaison with the Visual Merchandising team to follow the VM guidelines sent globally and ensure the proper representation in the store
  • Support the North America structure providing coaching, training and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge, visual execution and standards in the market
  • Work with specific store merchandising, looking for opportunities and having the ability to adapt the VM based on the store's requirements and architecture, considering the regions need and the market and business trends
  • VM support for instore events, windows, special projects, pop up's, installations, ect
  • Biweekly reporting to the line manager and VM team



  • Minimum 1+ year experience in retail, with a focus on sales
  • Customer centric
  • Self-motivated and driven for results
  • Solid experience in creating windows, interior displays and space utilization
  • Proven work experience as visual merchandiser
  • Eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate eloquently with third parties
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects
