Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a seasonal Client Development Analyst based in our New York office to support the daily Client Development function through the creation of retail facing reporting, process management and data analysis. This role will support the Client Development Manager through management of all retail tools and reports, further supporting analytics surrounding omnichannel client interactions and expanding digital client engagement. Furthermore, the Client Development Analyst will manage messaging and support around all client development tools including Salesforce.
The Client Development Analyst will use qualitative feedback from retail to validate insights to ensure the success of the pilot project, assess impact to the team and clients and recommend best practices to accelerate adoption. Additionally, this role will support the team in the role out and performance of other aspects of Client Development strategy and further support cross -functional projects geared towards improving the client experience and client lifecycle.
The ideal candidate for the Client Development Analyst will have a minimum of three years' experience as an analyst or in a Client Relations role, with experience in Retail or Financial Services highly preferred, with the ability to gather, synthesize and interpret complex data into actionable insights and solutions. The Client Development Analyst will have outstanding skills throughout Microsoft Office, a passion for the fashion and luxury-goods industry and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the Company as necessary.
