Position

The role of the Client Development Assistant Manager is to support the Client Development Manager to manage and deliver exceptional events and client experiences. Responsible for supporting PCR client actions and the store teams with their clientelling needs and objectives as well as to implement the local clientelling strategy, in line with Central guidelines.

Profile

As Client Development Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include... Client Events >  Supporting Client Development & eServices Manager to develop and execute a detailed calendar of commercial in-store events to support key gifting occasions, product launches and new client engagement across the year in close consultation with store teams >  Provide support to the Oceania store network in executing their annual calendars of store initiatives, private appointments and rare and exceptional caravans >  Develop relationships with key business partners to recruit new high potential clientele and build brand desirability amongst this influential client segment Client and Business Development >  Develop personalised and exceptional local in-store and external client experiences, encompassing one-on-one client appointments, bespoke entertainment and hospitality options in partnership with the store teams >  Work closely with the store teams to groom, propose and host the right profile clientele to maintain visibility on ‘High End' product strategy Client Insights >  Use data tool ‘DREAM; to support the store teams with actionable client data insights to inform their local client action plans >  Provide quarterly updates on brand segmentation movements and trends, focusing and developing smaller scale actions for each targeted client segment. >  Deliver monthly client insights reporting to the stores and management, including detail of high value clients, private appointments, repurchase metrics and conduct deep dive reporting in to client two-year activity rates, store cannibalisation, postcode analysis and cross-selling Direct Communications >  Ongoing monitoring of ‘ICON' tool usage and creation of monthly ‘ICON' calendar and newsletter along with training of new user groups
