The Client Development Coordinator will assist the Client Relations Management team in all areas including client experience projects, execution, business development and reporting. The CD Coordinator will be client focused, highly organized, will always approach situations with a positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills, have high energy and a drive to be solution oriented. Given the nature of the environment in this specific role, the CD Coordinator will have to operate under the utmost discretion and respect at all times. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement.



  • Assist in the creation and development of programs for client engagement
  • Planning, logistics, execution and budgeting of VIP client treatments
  • Maintain detailed organizational documents such as product orders and timelines, client lists, schedules and itineraries
  • Partner with CRM to create meaningful client journeys including gifting moments
  • Ensure client integration into all events and create solid follow up plans through 360 Event Strategy
  • Stylist Program: identifying new potential stylists, sales tracking, invoice processing, ROI reporting.
  • Liaise with boutique teams across North America to organize pre planning for fashion shows
  • Maintain client databases by analyzing and verifying data
  • Support boutiques to ensure growth and development of different client segments
  • Compile weekly and quarterly reports for boutique's client relations management results and goals through the analysis of KPIs (retention goals, client turnover, etc.)
  • Manage logistics including sending and receiving assets for ad hoc projects
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings for client events
  • Assist during the planning and execution of both client-specific events
  • Communicate weekly with our Paris office to coordinate for ad hoc projects and gifting
  • Generate event-recap reports
  • Manage guest list for events
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Assist CD Manager with accounts payable needs related to client experience invoicing and vendor payments



  • A minimum of two years of Client Relations and/or Events experience
  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
  • Willing to travel overseas multiple times a year
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, able to multi-task is a must
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent follow-through practices
  • Superior analytical capabilities
  • Can work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-lookups, pivot tables, Ifs, sum Ifs, page locking, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Capable of working with large quantities of data
  • Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits
