Louis Vuitton have have an exciting career opportunity for a highly experienced and customer centric Client Development Director. Based from our Dallas office, overseeing the Central Region, this position will report to the Regional Vice President for the Central Region within Louis Vuitton Americas.

As an ambassador of the Brand and the voice of client development across the stores you will guide and support the store team in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long term relationships with our clients.

This pivotal role will focus on establishing and driving the regions client strategy while adapting it to suit each store's priorities. Working in collaboration with our global network you will be accountable for animating the store network by utilizing all existing Louis Vuitton tools, driving and managing store events in collaboration with the wider team, implement and oversee the direct communication strategy for the stores while also ensuring that all initiates are adapted and tailored for the local market.


To be successful in this you, it is essential that you have a significant track record of working in a client relationship manager's role in the luxury environment and have an extensive network and understanding of the wider luxury industry. With a strong ethos for team collaboration you will be an innovative solutions focused individual with the drive to exceed our customer expectations and continue to elevate our brand image within the market place. With an in-depth knowledge of the client experience and expectations within the luxury sector, you will have strong commercial acumen and thrive working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
