As an In-store Client Development Manager, you will provide full support to the client development related issues in the Boutique including client recruitment, development, retention and event management. You will also play an important role in introducing the Brand to the public and coach the staff to strive their excellence in providing a unique and timeless client experience.


► Develop and Retain Existing Clients

  • Based on company's vision to enhance client loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence that sets the benchmark for others to follow
  • Proactively interact with clients, build relationships and gain understanding at a personal level to facilitate return visits
  • Follow the client development strategies, initiatives and activities set forth by the regional and local Client Development Management team to stimulate CDM awareness, develop & understand clients, enhance client experience and drive sales performance
  • Implement client treatments in specifically arranging for personalized gifts and experiences according to the local guidelines


► New Client Recruitment Within and Outside the Boutique for New Clients

  • Act as a Brand ambassador to develop multi-sourced clientele to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation
  • Execute client development activities and partner with selling staff to create different client treatments to fulfil clients' request and interest


► Boutique Event Management

  • Assist the Boutique Manager and partner with local CDM team on event management for different Boutique activities, such as product launch, OTO etc.
  • Be one of the key persons on event related issues including event planning, coordination, pre-event preparation and on-site support
  • Perform the post-event follow up work and evaluate the result & sales generated from the events


► VIP Salon Management

  • Constantly review the VIP salon operations which offers a range of unique, exclusive, quality and personalized services to Dior important clients
  • Create opportunities and execute one-to-one private viewings (OTO) in VIP salon to maximize the usage
  • By working with Visual Merchandising, Selling and local CDM teams, ensure that each OTO in the salon is well prepared
  • Reinforce CDM standards such as the salon's decoration, F&B and selection of collections


► Train and Coach the Sales Team

  • Provide trainings to the selling staff to upgrade their clientele, service skill and grooming standard
  • Work closely with local CDM team on managing digital platform such as Dior Star in order to enhance the Boutique operations efficiency and client database management
  • Encourage the Boutique staff to fully utilize Be Dior system for handling client database and relationships


► Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Tertiary education or above with major in marketing, hospitality or other related disciplines

► Work Experience 

  • Previous experience in retailing of luxury good, hospitality and service-related industry
  • Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry
