Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for a Client Development Manager who will lead the strategic programs of the department to drive actionable client insights that create value and profitability for the zone.  They will be primarily responsible for client engagement across the lifecycle, extract insights for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including personalized client communication and developing the key CD resources for the stores in conjunctions with the Paris team.  Using information from the client development database they will analyze trends, understand purchasing patterns, and report on key performance indicators.

With an innovative approach to business development and client lifecycle, you will develop programs that grow the business through recruitment of clients, their engagement, and retention.  In partnership with senior leaders, you will work to create strategies and pilot pivotal new ideas and methods for business growth through the engagement of our clients.  Using their ability to influence change, the Client Development Manager will facilitate cross functional understanding (across Stores, Client Development, Retail Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Finance, and Retail Leadership) of our clients and their behavior through insights that support global business priorities.  


We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's Degree in conjunction with a minimum of five years' experience specifically data analysis or consumer insights.  The ideal candidate has the proven ability to deliver results through the management of other individuals and who has exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written word.  They will be able to successfully work independently and in a team environment, be an enthusiastic team player who ideally has previous experience in the fashion or luxury industry.  In addition, advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities are a requirement in addition to experience in using relational database tables and data structures.
