Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded Regional Client Development Manager with a proven track record driving the vision and strategy for Client Development initiatives across a large scale, fast-paced business.  As a key business partner reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, you will devise and execute the Client Development strategy for the West Coast Region, devising the Client segmentation strategy and strengthening the ability of our store teams to retain and recruit clients in addition to leading key projects and business priorities while also contributing to the overall Louis Vuitton Americas Client Development strategy. 


Profile

The Client Development Manager will direct the client segmentation strategy and implement initiatives at the store level in conjunction with the store management and regional team members. You will also play a key role in driving strategy, adoption, and best practices of all available clienteling tools such as local events and ICON.  This role will support, motivate and challenge our sales teams. This is accomplished through a close partnership between regional, store and corporate teams, implementation of impactful store actions, and training and support throughout the year. 

While the position will be based in the regional office, this role requires a great deal of agility as you will often travel to all stores within the region; therefore, requiring flexibility in your schedule to be available during evenings and weekends.

We specifically seek an entrepreneurial leader with Client segmentation experience, strong business acumen, a proven track record analyzing data and reports to drive business results and advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
