Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Client Development Strategist based in our New York office that will develop and implement client development action plans across a brand engagement channels including 1:1 and 1:Many in order to deliver business results across all Zone priorities. This role will support integrated client engagement strategy for all clients regardless of channel and status in lifecycle, supported by regular demographic and behavioral insights for Client Data Manager and Salesforce reporting. The Client Development Strategist will identify segments clients for recruitment to new categories and channels, produce Client Development business pilot programs quarterly with specific test, ROI and implementation strategies, while also constructing and executing recovery plans of clients from turnover to ensure revenue retention.
The Client Development Strategist will periodically overhaul methods of targeting to create a productive state of change translating into more efficient engagement actions, build zone clienteling targets and manage one level adoption of all outreach and client journey programs. This role wile additionally track and integrate results from past campaigns to ensure continual improvement, mine data to identify trends and uncover opportunities based on business objectives and build innovative analysis and reporting that is actionable at all levels of the organization.
We are eager to speak to individuals that have a minimum of five years' experience in data analysis, analytics or consumer insights with retail or direct marketing experience as a plus. Key qualities to be successful in this role include expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, V-lookups, MS Query), strong PowerPoint skills and a detail-oriented mindset to manage and produce high-quality, high-volume deliverables. Additionally, the Client Development Specialist should be dependable, punctual and an overall team player, with experience in the fashion industry and French language skills as a plus.
